Our Cancellation Policy

We want you to book our Dog Chaperone Training Course with peace of mind. For that reason, we provide a 14-day cooling-off period on all course bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, as long as the course has not begun and you have not accessed any course materials.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at PRECIOUSPETSMICROID@GMAIL.COM within the 14-day period and include your booking information.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and usually processed within 5–10 working days.

After the 14-Day Period

Once 14 days have passed from the booking date, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
In some circumstances, we may offer the option to move your booking to a later course date, subject to availability and at our discretion.
